Ever since I can remember, I have always loved being in the kitchen. One of my most vivid memories from childhood was helping my mom cook our family's meals. No matter the meal, I simply had to be involved - from chopping veggies, to cracking eggs, to mixing batter for Saturday morning pancakes. In high school, I was disappointed that home economics was only forty five minutes long. I felt that it should have been a core class and not an elective (after all, food keeps us alive, right?! So it's kinda like science!!). Naturally, I enrolled in culinary school, where my love of cooking was encouraged, and my culinary skills were crafted. My formal training opened up so many opportunities that have brought me to where I am today! I have cooked for gourmet shops, schools, weddings, conferences, churches, private business events, and most importantly, my family and friends! I love cooking, and even more so, I love knowing that people enjoy my culinary creations. So, let me cook for you and take the burden that comes from deciding what to make, when all you really want to do is EAT!
