What to Expect
A multi-decade spanning whirlwind bonanza of song, stories, comedy, and dance.
Humor, sarcasm, love, improvisational banter, personalized songs for the occasion.
Everybody will be dancing, singing, and enjoying soulful, groovy, funky vibes.
A storyteller by nature and a folksinger by trade, Penn has chiseled himself a genre dubbed SoulFolk Storytelling. Amidst timeless, groovy, & funkadelic acoustic songs at live performances, stories flow from Penn's stream-of-consciousness based on the energy of the crowd. These songs and stories give vignettes of his experiences –– ranging from hitch-hiking in Australia to death threats in Pennsylvania –– slinging them together into treehugger freedom anthems and lessons learned.
In a world of technological distractions and whiskey-consumption-inducing catastrophes, these stories bind us together with splashes of humor, sarcasm, inquiry and hope reminding us that we're one collective consciousness.
Penn's sophomore album ‘Experiencing Turbulence’ will be released in the coming months with songs about trees, bees, n keepin' the peace.
