Perry is a flexible performer and will adjust her show for your audience. In a festival setting, she will bring her band and rock out her original folk-rock, alt-country songs. She can do covers also if allowed and desired. However, if the setting is a more intimate house concert, she will entertain your audience through her highly emotive music, storytelling and by engaging with your audience. She frequently emcees charity events, awards banquets, and also leads team building songwriting workshops (on or off site) which provide a safe environment for your team to express themselves, get to know one another, and create a song/songs together that represent the company's mission, goals, etc.
For this reason, Perry is an event planner's dream because she can entertain anyone, anywhere. Because she is frequently re-booked, her schedule does fill-up. Contact Perry now to book her. You won't be disappointed.

*************************
Georgia based singer songwriter Pearson Perry was raised to believe that the Bible, sweet tea, and southern charm were the secrets to success and long-term happiness. She was taught there are some things you just don't say. She found herself often at odds with her desire to have an independent voice and her family's southern sensibilities. Finally, she picked up a little blue guitar and quit worrying about it.
A true steel magnolia, her girl next door appearance can hide her wicked sense of humor, pointed insights, and a mouth that sometimes needs to be washed with soap. But if you are lucky to hear a page out of her own diary, songs written about her life, you can hear the mixture of toughness and vulnerability in her raspy alto voice and simple, rhythmic, percussive strumming.
Part of Perry's appeal is that she came back to music after giving it up to join the "real world". Despite her successes as a wife, mother and entrepreneur - she was miserable. During this time, the founders of the company she works for introduced her to Napoleon Hill and other self-help leaders. Through her personal work, she began to realize that creating music was an important part of who she was and it couldn't be separated just because she was all grown-up.
Since then, Perry has performed live across the Southeast and on radio/TV. Because of her business background, she is the perfect fit for corporate gigs either as the entertainment or leading team building song-writing workshops. She also enjoys using music to raise money for charities.
She is the consumate professional and once hired, Perry will work with you to ensure your needs are met. Her signature gig checklist guarantees that your event goes off without a hitch. Perry is frequently re-booked by event planners and corporations because she takes such care to meet the needs of the audience. You will not be disappointed by hiring Pearson Perry.
Please ensure that Perry knows what type of equipment to bring (if any) to plug-in guitars and mics.
Sets are determined by the audience. Perry can do covers, originals, or lead songwriting workshops.
