what horrible service they have. Partys Picnics & Promotions. I rented a bounce house for my nieces 3rd birthday party the owner was rude to his employees and my sister and myself. When my sister wrote a compliant email to them her response was this....

good.... take your business elsewhere b****!

this was after we had pick up the bounce house and found out it didnt work, the cord for the blower was electrical tape together with a completely different cord?? Blew all the power out in the whole house twice.

Then when i called to complain about it he insisted i drive another half and hour to pick up another blower and when i replayed that he should bring it to me he called me cocky.

In another emailed he replied back to my sister email he referred to us as white trash so i really would never ever do business with this company again.
