I always begin the process with a quick collection of information, mainly a phone number, the location, and the time frame. You can expect me to make a phone call, email, or text if preferred, for ironing out small details and answering any questions you may have.

After that, I will check in via call, email, or text within 7 days of the event. I will check in once more within 24 hours of the event. On the day of, I will call or text you when I leave my house and start heading in your direction. I have found this method very effective in communicating needs and special circumstances so no one ends up surprised by an unforeseen issue.

I always show up 10 to 15 minutes before the event to set up and settle payment, and will proceed to paint the full agreed upon time frame. I actively attempt to engage the partygoers to partake in getting painted. I develop rapport with the attendees and make them feel welcome and comfortable.

After the event, I will clean up my entire area, and will check in with the host of the event prior to leaving. I never leave without confirming that the work was satisfactory.

I am a social person. I love to interact with all ages and all types of people. I feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride when I see the happiness on others' faces, knowing that I helped make their day as great as it could be.
I have great people skills with all ages due in part to my outgoing and extroverted personality, and my education as an elementary teacher.

I provide stellar customer service. I strive to make sure the outcome is not only as expected, but surpassed, by the end of my job. Nothing compares to a mom or dad's face lighting up when they see their tiny one all painted, or how a child grins in the mirror after I paint their face. It is a wonderful feeling. You can't hide joy, and my mission is to bring it out of everyone I work with.

I have my own table and chairs, so you will not need to provide them yourself, but sometimes, people want to set up something on their own. I will always bring my setup just in case, but will be okay using anything you provide as well.

I do use glitter, and will be asking whether you want glitter used, especially if its indoors. Very few events have requested no glitter, but its better to ask, right?
