I am a Henna tattoo artist and I teach meditation for those who want to do group or private sessions. I provide spiritual healing along with my henna and I also do pendulum chakra readings and healing.
I also do temporary tattoos that look real to help clients plan out a more permanent tattoo. I have some pictures of small examples. These are all done with non-toxic body makeup.

I bring all of the supplies and the artist, myself. I usually need a table to setup my henna bottles and LOTS of napkins in case a guest accidentally moves his or her hand and smears the henna. I like to be very clean and orderly so that my customers get the best results. I bring a lime, lavendar, and water spray with 100% natural essential oils. I also use henna that is organically made and from India. I make the paste myself, a few days before the event. It is made with tea, lemon, and eucalyptus essential oil.
If you want the meditation lesson or the pendulum chakra healing, just bring yourself in comfortable clothing. I have a tibetan bowl that helps ease your mind and then I will ask you to choose a mudra card. Once we begin, I use essential oils, some massage and the pendulum to help first assess your chakras and then align them using affirmations. I will be speaking to you with a soothing voice and I promise tat you will feel amazing after the hour.
I can do group healings as well as individual. The group healings have really helped family members come closer, and siblings, and friends. The best healings that I have ever done are usually in romantic relationships. I help people recover the love that they have for each other by using the pendulum and reading the chakras. All people have to be somewhat open to the healing for it to work best.
I have been doing Henna for the last 10 years. I sort of started accidentally. A friend of mine was throwing a baby shower for her sister-in-law. They had hired a henna tattoo artist who cancelled last minute. She knew I was always good at art and loved doodling so she asked me. Everyone was so amazed that I was able to do henna and very well. They suggested that I do it professionally. Of course I just thanked everyone and did not think much of it.
A few months later, someone asked me to do henna at a Diwali party. Of course I said yes, knowing that it would be fun for me to practice my art and express myself creatively. That's how it started, by word of mouth. Then before I knew it, I was doing henna at bridal showers, birthday parties, and cocktail parties and actually getting paid for it. It was the happiest time of my life.
Then, I moved to Maryland and I have been spending more time doing spiritual healing and chakra cleansing. I want to spend just as much time doing henna again. I miss it and I am happiest when I am in henna mode. I love meeting new people and helping them follow their dreams. I have been lucky enough to have many dreams. I am a henna tattoo artist, I teach meditation to children and adults, I have also been a math teacher for a few years and continue to tutor math. I do not want to give up any of my passions so I just do them all. I am also a ceramics artist and will be working on a new collection this summer of 2018.
I am so excited to be moving to Arlington, VA this summer. The transition is so exciting. I hope I can share my love of henna with all of my new neighbors.
