Good communication throughout the process and they brought one of Santa's elves with them!
The kids loved it.

Seemed in a hurry and didn't really talk to the kids much. Very quiet, not much excitement. He, his wife, and the elf, looked great but seemed in a rush and not super happy to have be there. The teacher reported this from a classroom they visited.

Mr and Mrs Claus were fantastic! Very gentle with young and old. Clothes were amazing and Mrs Claus was stunningly beautiful! Everyone at the party loved them! Would definitely recommend.

They came into the gym and handed out candy canes, then went to the 1st and 2nd grade classrooms. Can't figure out how to attach photos.

We had a Christmas Open House for our office so it was very casual. The number of children was smaller so Santa was able to spend extra time with each child. He and Mrs Claus were great with the kids and we would definitely hire them again!

Santa walked around and greeted my employees with a smile and enthusiasm. A fantastic couple - they had me believing! Ms. Santa was the highlight for many employees. We definitely will be contacting them again for future Holiday events. I highly recommend them.

Mr and Mrs Claus were so delightful at our family party! Santa was so gentle with the children and spent time with each one. He looked authentic. Mrs Claus passed out books and made sure each child received one that was appropriate for their age. They were great, we will schedule them for next year.

Mr and Mrs Claus were absolutely adorable. Our 17 grandchildren were so excited . We all loved them very much. We sure hope that we can book them again next Christmas !!! Thanks again for a wonderful, magical time. Craig and Barb

Mr and Mrs Claus were phenomenal! Not only were their costumes amazing, but they were so kind and friendly - the children loved them! They can right on time and communicated with us early on about the arrangements. Can’t say enough about this couple. Would give them 10 stars if we could. Thank you so much!

Our family had a great time when Santa and Mrs Claus came to town (our annual family party). Everyone attending the party had a great time sitting on Santa’s knee and having pictures taken with Both Santa and Mrs Claus. The Claus’s made the party very festive and added to the start of a great holiday season. Every child (and adult) had a great time with Santa and Mrs Claus.

Thanks for taking time out of your busy holiday schedule to come make our party an awesome event. Hope we’re all on your nice list and get visited by you in a few weeks.

We were really impressed with our Santa and Mrs. Claus. They arrived on time and spent lots of time with each child. I was impressed how Santa kept talking to the older kids (who's mom's made them go sit with Santa for a picture), about school and their interests and didn't stop with "what do you want for Christmas". Mrs. Claus told one child that Santa bakes cookies and the elves could smell them from the toy shop and would come running to get a freshly baked cookie. All those personal touches made our event perfect!

They made sure what my family wanted. Mrs. Claus came in ahead of time and walked theough with me what we wanted. After Santa was ready, they visited all the tables then invited anyone who wanted to to come up and visit. Santa asked questions about the kids school and activities and encouraged them to do their best. We had time to take family pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Before they left, they walked around to all the tables again to say good bye.

Mr. And Mrs. Claus are the most authentic couple we have ever experienced. Their calm, professional, genuine, personalities created a most magical experience for both children and adults alike.

The kids LOVED Santa and Mrs. Claus, and we got so many great reviews! Loved how they asked kids other questions besides what they want for Christmas too. They also spent time with the adults who got a kick out of it! Very professional couple and costumes were super cool. Book them for sure!

Santa and Mrs. Claus looked like as if just came from the North Pole they really looked the part! They were absolutely terrific! The children warmed up to them very quickly thanks to a suggestion from Mrs. Claus. They worked very well with shy kids and children with special needs. Santa read a story and interacted with the children, he has a very calming voice and you can tell they both enjoy working with children! We will definitely use them again, the best Santa and Mrs. Claus ever!

Wonderful people. On time, flexible, great with kids!!

Mr. and Mrs. Claus looked really great! The kids were super excited to see them come through the door. However, there are always opportunities at improvement...while Santa Claus looked great, he was tall, a big build man and fit the look, he did not share the boisterous voice and was very quiet. As with traditional Santa Claus, they usually say "Ho, Ho, Ho" and this Santa did not. In fact, he was very, very quiet and didn't say very many words. I don't recall hearing a Merry Christmas either.

We've hosted Santas at our house for many years and this was the quietest Santa we have ever had. We were also expecting some candy canes to be given out, but that wasn't the case.

Santa did read a story, took photos and distributed presents, but my recommendation would be for him to be a little more boisterous for future events.
