What to Expect
Moonstone Fever is a 6-person band that plays variety popular music from late 1960s rock and blues through contemporary pop, with a few originals. We will perform in music clubs, at festivals, corporate events, banquets/receptions, pretty much anywhere a good variety band is just what you need! Though this band formed recently, we’re all experienced musicians and stage performers.
Moonstone Fever shows up, sets up and starts on time, performs with professional quality, finishes on time, and loads out quickly. We’re no-hassle, no-drama people. We’re all mature adults. We won’t get on stage too sloshed or stoned to perform well. We respect venue managers, event planners, sound engineers, and servers for the difficult work you do.
With enough notice, we can often prepare requests. If it’s a show where people want to dance, we’ll build set lists accordingly. If it’s a listening-and-talking party, we’ll set our volume accordingly.
We work hard and have a lot of fun on stage, and we want that fun to be contagious!
We are all the good things you want when you hire a variety cover band! Good musicians, great attitudes, music your crowds will love, dancing-friendly or listener-friendly sets, well equipped for many different types of shows and venues.
We play rock, blues, roots, Americana, R&B, a little country and more from names you know: Petty, Stones, Beatles, Seger, Raitt, Doobies, Benatar, The Band, and so many more.
Moonstone Fever is a new band but full of experienced musicians who respect venue managers, party planners, sound techs, and your guests. We know they're out to have a good time, and we have a good time providing it. Let us rock your event in or near the Twin Cities of Minnesota!
Additional Booking Notes
We have our own gear suitable for small or midsize venues, or can work with a venue's backline, PA and sound engineer.
