Engaging musicians!

My experience includes playing in community orchestras as a violinist, but also breaking the rules and improvising and playing by ear. Some of my favorite non-traditional gigs have been: playing for a fashion show as a soloist, being a wandering minstrel fairy with dancers at Red-Butte Gardens for Garden after Dark, improvisational playing and structured playing for Modern Dancers at Mudson for LoveDanceMore, thematic playing, playing violin duos for parties, playing in orchestra pits, and organizing music for string quartets for restaurants, art galleries, and outdoor festivals.

For string quartet or chamber music, we will be acoustic.

For Rakatanga band, we might need amplifiers or a P.A. system, but we can also go acoustic.
