Hello, My name is Laurie Wittges-I am a Special Event & Meeting Planner professional with 25 years experience.
I worked my way up from a server to a Catering Director/Meeting Manager for some of the most prestigious Hotels and Caterers in the SF Bay Area and gained invaluable experience.
I moved to the Boise area about 5 years ago and am excited to pioneer this business in the Treasure Valley.
I started this business because I saw a need for Party and Event Coordination, Party Service, Wait Staff, and Bartenders for private parties & events/corporate off-site events. My clients just want to enjoy their party for a change - so they called Make It Special Events!
We customize the event to the client's needs. We can do as much or as little as you want.
This is your event, it should be, well...Special!
We do Private & Corprate Events, Weddings, Meetings, even Tradeshows. We come to your venue or location.
We do not Cater, but I can help you find or source the food, provide a Private Chef's, do Prep and Display your Food, Set your Buffets, Decorate your venue, provide outstanding service, and best of all do an excellent clean-up job for you! Most of our client's say the clean-up is worth the cost - no messy kitchen to wake-up to in the morning.

We will travel anywhere within reason and with accommodations (mileage and overnight rates apply).
