I can't say enough about how amazing the night was thanks to DJ Lisa! She reach out before the event to confirm the style of music preferred and was super helpful with all of my questions leading up to the event. The night of the event, she was not only amazing playing exactly what I had hoped for but was so sweet with my daughter and niece (7 and 5) with their karaoke request. After the kids left, she kept request after request on karaoke going and every single person commented how having her there just made the entire night! She even was flexible on time and just all around a super nice, amazing person. I will definitely be hiring her for any future events that I am looking for a DJ for. Thank you so much Lisa! Truly the best birthday party...and a HUGE part of that is having you there!
DJ Lisa was very prompt with responding to requests before the event. She had the playlist for the Christmas Carols Karaoke (Caroloke) queued up well in advance, opened the event by beautifully singing a Christmas Carol and drew many of the attendees on stage to sing. Karaoke was a welcome addition to our event.
She also co-ordinated with our Dance Instructor to have the music setup and took requests during the event. She was the first to show up at the event with the equipment for lighting and was very easy to work with for quick requests and cues as our event unfolded.

We had a outdoor Halloween block party! DJ Lisa brought all her lighting, spooky fog machine and even dressed up! The kids & adults were dancing in the street and singing their little hearts out! I won't hesitate to book DJ Lisa again for one of my parties! She exceeded my expectations and even stayed an extra 30 minutes! If I could give her 100 stars I would! Thanks for giving me, my family and friends a memory to cherish for a lifetime! YOU ROCK DJ LISA!!!

Lisa was great with this crowd and everyone commented afterward how "wonderful she was". She kept the songs coming and coming continuously and every time we asked for a special request, she had it up immediately!!! Highly recommend !!!!! We had a BLAST and it was all because of Lisa's contribution with keeping the music going !!! A special "thank you" Lisa :) You made our event a memory that will last forever.

I had hired Lisa Batsinger on short notice last month and hired her again for what will end up being a monthly dinner party from here on out. As with her previous show, she was fantastic. She brought the same energy and dedication but was even more attuned to keeping the volume where it needed to be so that the folks not doing karaoke could still interact with one another. It made for a perfect mix and environment. It's hard to say what her best talent is but her ability to get non-Karaoke people up to try has to got to be up there. She can make even the shyest person give it a shot, feel comfortable and come off feeling. Great. 10/10 will hire again.
After a last minute cancellation, I was in need of a DJ/KJ for a cocktail party on short notice. I was lucky enough to find Lisa Batsinger through Gigsalad who was able to not only fulfill my needs without difficulty but to make the event a smashing success. I can’t say what the ‘best’ part of her show was but her ability to make everyone who wanted to sing truly shine stands out. Regardless of their singing skill or lack thereof, everybody left the stage feeling like a rockstar. When there weren’t singers, she kept the energy up by singing herself or shifting into DJ mode, taking requests or just making the song choices that she just knew people wanted to hear. On top of all that, and in distinct contrast to other KJ/DJ’s I’ve experienced, the volume of the music was always perfect. It either complimented the folks singing karaoke or was just right to keep the party going without making people have to scream over it. From start to finish, she was stellar and I will be hiring her again.

Karaoke is for EVERYONE! DJ Lisa Batsinger specializes in creating a friendly, safe environment for karaoke first-timers and veterans alike. While many karaoke hosts just turn the volume up to maximum and hit play, Lisa works hard to make sure every single singer sounds their best during their moment in the spotlight while also ensuring the volume doesn't prevent event-goers from being able to mingle.
Lisa Batsinger also provides event DJ/emcee services for non-karaoke events. Typical set lists revolve around classic hits (60's-90's) appropriate for all ages, but more specialized playlists are available on request.
My performances require access to a grounded power supply and cover in the case of outdoor events.
