At Carmel-by-the-Sea, they call LILY HERNE "Time-Binders". In 2004, Lily Herne debuted her first original song, "Rainbow", for the President of Ireland in Belmullet, County Mayo. Cast alongside her future drummer in an Irish production of Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest,” Lily found a punchy poet who wanted more. Lily Herne and Sophia Magdalena began creating songs together off-stage, and a decade later the actresses emerged as musicians under the emblem of Celtic deity HERNE. Technical wizard and 1970’s Athens, GA advanced paramedic, Hal York joined the duo with a psychedelic harmonica and embryonic theremin. From the Aran Islands to Carmel-by-the-Sea, the trio has gathered unique audiences of all cultures into a dreamy nostalgia and lucid present. In December 2015 LILY HERNE performed their Japanese-inspired set at the Sayonara Concert for Atlanta Consul General Kazuo Sunaga. Currently based in Athens, Georgia, Lily Herne has been dubbed the "High Priestess of Dreamrock" 2017.
