Working hard to make sure your event is unlike any other since 2006, Lights Out Entertainment DJs are highly trained & use only professional grade equipment. To ensure your vision is captured we'll work closely with your other professionals (videographer, photographer, etc.). Our online 'guest request' gets everybody involved before your wedding or party ever starts! Our music library spans from the 1940s to current and is updated weekly to ensure then newest hits are available for you.
Services provided include DJ, Host/MC, Sound, Cloud based Planning, Advanced Dance & Decor Lighting, Custom Laser Shows, & Karaoke

We hired JT (Lights Out) for a tailgate extravaganza for the NCAA Mens Final Four in Indy (2015). JT was excellent with his communications, promptness as well as being a personable down to earth DJ who worked well with the crowd. He even went as far to help us clean up after the event. I highly recommend Lights Out for all your DJ needs

JT was our DJ for PurpleStride Indianapolis this past Saturday and he was fantastic. He fully supported our cause, enjoyed being part of our event, was easy to work with and played great music. Mike was able to play exactly what I wanted for dinner music, including "Rock Lobster", and NO Kenny G!!! He listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions when I went brain dead, and was overall so easy to work with! If I ever have need for a DJ in the future, I will only work with Lights Out Entertainment!! You can't go wrong!!

Michael was an all-around great experience from the beginning. When we were looking for a dj for our wedding, we looked around and we felt like every other dj we talked to was more concerned with trying to sell us some package or this or that. But Michael was more concerned about tailoring our reception around US, our guests, and what we actually wanted. He took the time to get to know my now husband and I, and in doing so, he was able to point us in the right direction of the options that worked best for us. I had never planned a wedding before so I was definitely extremely nervous and flustered! It was nice to have peace about this part of my wedding, because Michael helped us through the planning process until we had no worries. My husband and his friends all said the music was on point and really captured all we were hoping for. When I see my friends they STILL talk about how fun my reception was and I’m so happy we chose you to be a part of our special day. Thank you so much Michael!

We provide a seamless array of music that is tailored to you. Once the dance floor is open the music never stops. We have an extensive collection dating back to the 1940s and update weekly so we're always current.
About
Lights out Entertainment was started in 2006 by Michael Nickolich & JT Miner who shared a common goal of providing unparalleled value & professionalism while creating fun & unique experiences. We do not simply press 'play'. Our Disc Jockeys are involved from start to finish, including planning. With Lights Out Entertainment you'll know your DJ prior to booking and this will be the same DJ who shows up the day of. Face to face meetings, social media, web conferencing, and online planning tools are utilized to be certain that we have a full understanding our clients' wishes. We'll work with the other vendors (coordinator, photographer, etc) to be sure that everything flows smoothly. We not only want the music to be great but want the entire event to be a success
We do our best to get the whole group involved. One way to do this preliminarily is through our online 'guest request' which allows guest to submit notes and song request to us before we ever show up for the event. Perhaps you have an Uncle that does a crazy dance to a certain song or your sorority sisters had a theme your senior year. These are the little things we learn through the guest system and they help us make your event, wedding, or party unique! Thanks for your time & consideration. Additional Booking Notes
We have several setups available to cater to groups of various sizes. Available lighting includes scanners, moving heads, ild imaging lasers, LED uplighting, and much more. Let us know your theme/colors and the overall feel you'd like the room to have so we can appropriately customize your lighting.
