LaDonna Greiner is a writer, instructor, and life-long student of gratitude. She is the founder of Gratitude Is Great and author of 21 Reasons to Say Thank You, a series of practical guides to expressing gratitude through handwritten notes. Her toolkits provide creative, low-cost methods for recognition, motivation, improved productivity, and sales growth.
In May 2015, LaDonna combined her experience as an instructor in the banking industry with her work for nonprofits such as World Vision, Boys & Girls Clubs, & Hospice to form LG Consulting & Training LLC. Using her book series, she helps organizations and individuals improve their ability to express appreciation to others. Her ultimate goal is to help people discover the power of gratitude in their lives and act on it.
LaDonna serves as a volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Lunch Buddy program, a Champion/Mentor with Jobs for Life, and an Ambassador for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, photography, and traveling with her family and friends.
