Keturahs Dream is an entertaining, energetic and fun act that covers a wide and diverse range of music from classic rock, pop, Motown, R&B, swing to contemporary . We can tailor our sets to fit any function whether it be a night club, corporate or private event. We play the music of Bonnie Raitt, Pat Benatar, Sheryl Crow, Etta James, Fleetwood Mac, Bruno Mars, Wynonna Judd, The Beatles, Santana, Adele, Lady GaGa, Beth Hart, The Black Keys & many more. The band will keep the toes tapping and the dancers dancing. More than anything we love to perform and we have fun doing it!
The entire experience was excellent. The band was definitely the highlight of the pig roast. I expected them to be good I didn't know that they were going to be totally awesome. All of my guests could not stop talking about how excellent the band was. And my next door neighbors pleasantly surprised as well. Next event I would look no further for a band to hire. Thanks to the band for making it best pig roast I never had.

We have a pig roast every year and have 100-125 guests. We were skeptical when we hired Keturah's Dream. We had never seen them in person, just videos on line. We were surprised - they were awesome! They showed up early to setup started playing. As the night went on we asked them to play a little longer than we originally hired them for & they did. Everyone thought they were great.

Founded 5 years ago, Keturah's Dream is a Rhode Island based band playing a wide range of music to everyone's delight. The band consists of 3 time Limelight Vocalist of the year Keturah Burgess, Lead guitarist Hap "The Gov" Hathaway, Bass player Milton Araujo, Keybordist Ramon "Monie" Sanchez and Drummer John "The Squire" Iacona. Keturah, Ramon, and John were all part of the band the Vinyl Grooves and Hap lead the Remnantz and was a part time player with the Vinyl Grooves. They have taken bits and pieces of music from those two bands and have added new material as well. Keturah's Dream plays mix of rock, R&B, a little funk and a good dash of Fleetwood Mac..
Keturah's Dream formed completely by happenstance. Lead guitarist Hap Hathaway had 2 remaining gigs left and he wanted to honor them but the band he was in was having personnel issues. He had a chance meeting with drummer John Iacona and told Hap he would be happy to help out. Hap then contacted powerhouse vocalist Keturah Burgess and the show went on. The band did the gig and had so much fun they decided to keep going. Keyboardist Ramon Sanchez signed on a couple of months later and the current lineup of Keturah's Dream was born.
What sets Keturah's Dream apart from other bands is their selection of music, the vibe on stage and the love of playing music together. Check us out, you'll be taken in immediately.
We have all of our own equipment and lighting and will not need for you to do anything, except have a great time with us! We provide our own sound and lights. We require electricity and space to play that can fit five people with instruments.
