Chelsea W. said “Great cover band just did what I exactly wanted for my wedding, it was too much rain on my big date and they made it happen, highly recommended!”

We are a cover band specializing in acoustic arrangements of popular songs from artists such as Etta James, Patsy Cline, Adele, The Lumineers, Carole King, Tina Turner, Hank Williams, Maren Morris, Tom Petty, Ryan Adams, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Bonnie Raitt and many more. Our full 6-piece ensemble includes 2 female lead vocals, acoustic guitar, upright bass, piano/keyboard, and cajon/handheld percussion, though we also offer a trio option for smaller venues/budgets. We can customize our services to suit your wishes!
We decided to get married in New York City, as it served as a good halfway point between California and Ireland (where our families are from). Which posed a challenge from a planning perspective. Kaylor was our point of contact, and she was responsive and communicative from the second we got in contact with her. At one point, there was a scheduling conflict, but she arranged for another singer to arrive. The church was really difficult to get a hold of and I had to do a lot of back and forth about music. Kaylor was as accommodating as she could be with the song choices and how many times we had to change the song list, and even rented an amplifier for us (just in case the church acoustics weren't great). They were able to sing the liturgical songs we needed, and sounded modern and loving without feeling to religious. I wish I could say I knew more about how set up went, but we had a day of coordinator who handled all of it--so I have no idea!
Response from Kaylor & The Tin Cans:
Thanks for the kinds words, Katherine! We were delighted to work with Katherine and hear her vision for her wedding music. Day-of wedding logistics often require last-minute changes, and we are always happy to be adaptable and work around any obstacles without adding worry to the bride! It was our pleasure to accommodate exactly what Katherine needed!

The most unique thing about our band is how flexible we can be. We require little to no sound equipment, and can fit into small spaces, play without a stage, etc. We're a great option for small venues or venues that do not traditionally have live music. Our standard ensemble is 6-piece (2 women lead vocals, acoustic guitar, upright bass, piano/keyboard, and cajon/handheld percussion). We can adjust our ensemble as needed to work with your budget.
We are a cover band specializing in classic country, Americana, and folk covers (though our repertoire includes songs from many genres). All of our covers are arranged for our acoustic, stripped-down, folky sound, and our song list includes music from Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, Etta James, The Lumineers, The Dixie Chicks, Tina Turner, and many more.
Kaylor & the Tin Cans is a 6-piece country band based in NYC, specializing in classic country music, alt-country, Americana, and Southern blues. Our ensemble features:

Kaitlyn Lanius - lead vocals

Robert Lee White - piano/keys
Marcelo Maccagnan - upright bass
Joe Cutrufo - cajon/handheld percussion
We can adjust our ensemble as needed to fit all budgets!
As mentioned, we are highly adaptable to different setups. Ideally we work with a full stage setup (below), and our full ensemble (6 people), but we can adjust our ensemble and/or work with more limited sound equipment offers.
