Classic Country, 1990's Country, 1980's Pop/Rock, Blues, Bluegrass and Originals. Performance can be laid back duo (acoustic guitar and light percussion) or full band. I am extremely particular with having a high quality sound where you can understand the singing.

This is dependent on whether you want something small or big. In a small duo setup, I would be tucked away and provide nice melodic music to appease the audience. It can be a combination of me sitting on a stool and/or standing. In the case of a full band, a decent stage setup would be more appropriate, with, obviously, much more equipment involved. Setup would be much more elaborate, more space would be required, the volume would be louder. There may or may not be lighting - all negotiated.
In either case, the sound quality would be excellent and volume level appropriate for the function.
Justin Thomas is an American music artist. He is an accomplished singer-songwriter, as well as a talented performer. Since early childhood, his father would bring him to their family farm where he would play in the barn while listening to country and bluegrass music. Loving what he heard, Justin started to experiment with instruments like guitar, keyboard and his vocal chords. Finding himself falling in love with music more and more, he began to learn songs from Merle Haggard, George Jones, Alan Jackson, Patty Loveless as well as artists such as R.E.M., Morrisey, and others in the 1980's pop/alternative genre. He was quickly encouraged to pursue a new natural passion. “My musical interests were growing exponentially and I started listening to as many different types of music as possible,” Justin explains.
Soon Justin’s talents evolved from learning a few chords to composing his own melodies and lyrics. “I am drawn to country and bluegrass because of its realism. There is energy above and beyond the notes that one hears, which allows me to sing from my heart and to express myself in ways that relate to people everywhere.” His songs reflect a unique style of country music that reflect his early mastery of melody and lyrics that he makes his own.
Fans of Justin often express that he is an “artist in the true sense.” He looks modern and hip, his performances sound authentic and his crafty songs envelope you in a way that is uplifting and very familiar.
Technical requirements are determined by the type of gig. In a simple single or duo setup, I only need electricity. I will want to see the venue or area that you want me to play, whether in person (if nearby) or pictures/video (if it is a distant gig) so we can plan for the best performance.
