Her most recent release, “It’s Always You”, is a Chet Baker inspired CD featuring both familiar and obscure Baker songs spanning the course of his fascinating career. Bisantz has toured Japan and South Korea multiple times with the Chet Baker Project and is scheduled to return in 2018.
Bisantz currently performs, records and tours with guitarist and composer Norman Johnson and Russian-born jazz/classical pianist and arranger Alex Nakhimovsky.
Bisantz and Nakhimovsky are currently in the studio with "Love's Tango" a collection of their own compositions, romantic in style, with classical overtones and Brazilian rhythms. The finished CD is scheduled for release in Spring 2018.
Ms. Bisantz is also a visual artist whose work has been shown in galleries and museums nationally and internationally. She is currently Professor Emeritus, Department of Art & Art History, Eastern Connecticut State University, Windham, CT.

While we are equipped to bring our own sound and keyboard, we prefer sound to be in place, and a real piano is not only preferred, but important to our sound. Guitar and bass players generally bring their own amps.

Influences & Inspiration
At the moment, the vocal work of Chet Baker is an important influence for us. However, we're working on a new recording project featuring Brazilian music, so I would say Bossa Nova is also a big influence right now.
As stated above - sound system, mics and a piano is ideal.
