Joel Rocked our Night!

When we needed a musician for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration over the holidays, Joel made himself readily available to us. He incorporated song requests that truly surprised my parents..a few oldies from their college days and some romantic favorites. When Joel rocked out, no one could sit still. We haven't stopped talking about that special night. And we won't forget it for years to come. Thank you Joel!

Joel Clyde a hit at surprise 50th anniversay celebration

Joel was booked by our daughters for a surprise wedding anniversary celebration in our home. What a delight to have great music while we ate our dinner. He entertained us with many of our old favorites and all the family had fun dancing to a variety of musical selections. Joel is very talented & versatile and was is truly a "one-man band' with all his special equipment. Highly recommend!

Overview

I use state-of-the-art equipment and software to create a lush, full sound that rivals any band. I do not use 'canned' music. All the sounds you hear were created my me. I also do straight acoustic and lounge music.

With an extensive song list of over 3000 songs, I play music from the 1940s all the way to some current Top 40. I mostly key on Oldies, Traditional Country, Gospel, Bluegrass, Big Band, Latin, and Easy Listening music. But I can play whatever the gig calls for, except for Rap, Heavy Metal, and Opera. I do not do that style of music.

Both audiences and clients can expect me to show up on time, start on time, do a professional show, follow instructions, and clean up the stage after my performance. I do not drink, or use drugs, and am punctual to the point of obsession.

I have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy.

Additional Booking Notes

All I need is a 12 x 12 space, and 110V electricity nearby. I do not supply lighting.

There’s been a lot of water under the bridge. That’s the best way I can describe how I got to where I am today…wherever that is. It’s a long story. I’ve always been a musician first, last and always. I was born one. A guitar has been my constant companion since I was 5 years old. I learned to play keyboards and the other 12 instruments that I play in High School. I started writing songs in my early teens. Music helped me to meet people and overcome my shyness and feelings of inadequacy, cheered me up when I was sad, gave me courage when I was scared and provided an outlet for my inner thoughts that I could never articulate. Now, I live in Southeast Tennessee, where the clear, clean streams and old-growth forests continue to inspire me. And my biggest thrill of all is performing for you…..thanks for listening.
