He did awesome and was really nice. My wedding was perfect with the guitars!!! Thank you
Jay Albert did a fine job as part of Beck Center for the Arts experiential display at The Lakewood Arts Festival! He was flexible with set-up, provided the needed musical accompaniment/performance for our arts experience - and easy to work with in all aspects of planning and performing. We have recommended Jay to other folks for their events so they can have the same great experience we had while being exposed to his fine guitar playing skills.

Jay will communicate clearly and promptly during the booking process, taking care to design exactly the service you need. He'll arrive at the venue usually 30 minutes before the scheduled start, or as much before as necessary to meet the assigned contact person, set up, sound check. His wardrobe will be appropriate: suit, casual, ripped jeans, your call.
The performance will vary of course according to the event. However Jay chooses the best repertoire and plays it one hundred percent. He will chat with the audience if that's appropriate to help engage them. Sometimes, for instance with classical or world music, audiences like a bit of interesting story or description to go with the music: Jay is also a professional speaker and educator and can prepare literally anything you wish.
What do you get when you add an insatiable passion for music, several degrees in music, and a joy for sharing music with as many people as humanly possible?
A great artist and a great performer.
Jay is self-contained for music and audio for events up to about 100 people. If your event is larger than that, you can discuss to see if his equipment is still sufficient or if rental or other support is necessary. He will gladly take care of additional sound and/or lights if you wish.
His needs are: an appropriate performance space out of harmful weather, electricity, armless chair (he can bring one if needed) unless it's a standing gig, a safe spot to stow gear out of sight of the stage.
