Janet did a really great job keeping 3 year olds attention with her awesome balloon designs. She showed up on time, bubbly personality, and had great interaction with the whole group (kids and adults). I had a part of 30 people, and everyone that wanted a special balloon got one. Amazingly fast! I would hire Janet again for the next birthday party.
