Overview

I have been a working professional musician for 40 years. This kind of experience is critical to the success of any event because I have played for kings and queens, young and old, in large bands and small, on cruise ships. Not to be immodest, but there really isn't any type of venue that I haven't played. I would not have been able to do that if the quality of my work didn't show, therefore, this is what I bring to every gig and this is what you will experience when you have me at your event. All the appropriate bases will be covered. Your guests will be extremely happy at the quality of the music and the professional comportment of all the musicians involved.

Additional Booking Notes

All equipment pertinent to the successful performance of contracted musical entertainment is provided by the contracted musician(s).

Songs from the Great American Songbook are played by all of our musicians. We like the music of Cole Porter, Gershwin, Rogers and Hammerstein, Hoagy Carmichael, and all the tunes from Broadway shows past and present. We include some Dixieland jazz as well as any requests from your guests. We include as much music from as many eras as possible, including good old rock n roll for those who want it.

Influences & Inspiration

My experience with the Lester Lanin and Peter Duchin Orchestras in NYC have proven to be invaluable to my ability to make an event an exceedingly exciting and happy time for you and your guests. In my 10 years with these orchestras, I learned those elements of entertainment which are most important to a client and his or her guests. Great music, aptly chosen, and affable, dignified service are the name of the game. My years on the Rotterdam and other Holland America ships was also invaluable in underlining the importance of pleasing the client at all costs. when it comes to music, especially, the customer is always right!
