Price Range: $400 and up
Gig Length: 60 - 1000 minutes
Languages: English
Insurance: $2,000,000 - Covered for mobile gigs
Expect us to show up about an hour and a half prior to selling to bring the oven to temperature and set up our mobile kitchen.
We started this business up in the summer of 2016, and have done events varying from baby showers, summer parties, wine festivals, birthday parties, fundraisers, and more.
We need a minimum of two adjacent parking spaces. We will also need to arrive on site about 90 minutes before service to bring the oven to temp and set up.
The modern farm to table scene, the neo-neopolitana style pizzas that have been popping up in California, past employers Chef Paul Burzlaff, Chef Brandon Breazeale, Chef Jen Beisty, Chef Tim Nugent, Chef Holly Deck, Chef Peter Swanson, and James Whitehead.
