Robert has performed as an Elvis Tribute Artist for over 25 years!
Robert was crowned KING Of Fun Fest 2007-2008. He has performed at a wide variety of venues including the Bristol Motor Speedway, Amos’ South-end in Charlotte, NC, and the Kingsport Civic Center, where Elvis performed in 1957. He opened for country comedian Cletus T. Judd, performed on the same bill as The Kentucky Headhunters, performed at The Lee County Fair in 2006 and 2007. He headlined the New Year’s Eve show held at the Ramada Inn in Kingsport in 2008. He has also performed for NASCAR drivers Rusty Wallace, Richard and Kyle Petty.
Robert is one of the best Elvis impersonators i have ever heard and seen. He is very attentive to every detail and is very knowledgeable of Elivis's life. Not only does he preform well he can back it up with the knowledge of his life. Watching and hearing him will make you want to take a double take at what you see and hear. Is that Elvis?

What to Expect
I offer 15 minute to 2 hour concerts to accommodate most any event you need!
I mostly perform with my backing tracks with easy set-up. (good for smaller intimate shows)
I also have available my live band "The Memphis Mob" which can go from our 4 member base band to our 10 member group, with a horn section and female backups singers, all depending on your needs.
I take you back in time to see what an actual Elvis concert was really like. I recreate the magic that was Elvis Presley, the music, the joking on stage, interacting with the audience, I just try my best to give you a performance hopefully you will remember....
I cover most of the songs (time permitting) to an actual concert of Elvis. I am very spontaneous onstage, I love to joke around with my audiences! I want you to leave happier than when you arrived!
If you enjoy my performance, then I have done my job......
I started being an Elvis fan at the age of 3. My Mom and Dad said I would try and change the songs on the record player which was taller than me...So I Scratched a many of records, lol! My ETA career actually started on a whim, it was a costume party and naturally loving Elvis that's who I chose to be. When we entered the venue, (of which my brother and the owner were friends), the owner also being the house band front-man, announced Elvis had just arrived and that I would be singing a little later that evening, Wait What! I turned to look at my brother and he was no where in sight, lol!
I had never sang with a live band before in my life! So, here we go, no rehearsal or anything, only backstage, they said, "What songs you wanna do"? I honestly don't remember what songs we did, I think there was 3 of them and one I know was Johnny B Goode. When they started and the crowd rushed to the front of the stage, I was hooked! It felt unlike anything I'd known before!
We next did a reward show for my kids at their elementary school in which I was a little skeptical, I mean really, 5th graders and younger? Well was I wrong they loved it! Many of the teachers thought I was lip-synching, which didn't hurt my little ego one bit! Seriously I was honored they thought I was that good.
One thing led to another, pool parties, weddings, in front of 160,000 at Bristol Motor Speedway, eating ice cream with Bruton Smith, performing for Rusty Wallace and his family, meeting Elvis' cousin and him telling me that I was spooky, all these things I cherished and I let these things humble me not inflate my ego. To think that I have been blessed to do all these things because of my singing is truly amazing to me. To know people love and believe in me is amazing!

Influences & Inspiration
Eddie Miles was the 1st ETA I saw in person and I loved the feeling I had watching him. I never saw Elvis perform live although I did see him in person goofing around! I wanted to help others experience what I did those times I saw Eddie, an Elvis concert!
Of course Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Waylon, there are really many that have influenced my style, although it looks like only Elvis did, he isn't the only one!
