As an acoustic SOLOIST, I play mainly in clubs and cafés, wineries, private parties, wedding receptions, restaurants and corporate events.
If you’re searching for an acoustic guitarist experienced in ambient music you've come to the right place. I offer a unique sound that is contemporary, melodic and sophisticated.
My unique instrumental interpretations of well-known melodies as well as original compositions provide the perfect backdrop for all types of occasions.

Robert played for us during our family Thanksgiving gathering and everyone loved the live flawless music. He played a lengthy medley of familiar covers that made us want to dance or sing (if we knew the words). A great flow of lively music as well as slow dancing music. When he wasn't playing, Robert was a pleasure to talk to and very lighthearted. Thank you for making this Thanksgiving so memorable!
Robert really delivered for our Christmas celebration this past year.
He has a wide range of styles and a great repertoire and will go the extra
mile to make you and your guests happy!
Price Range: $250 min. Two 45 min sets.

As an acoustic solo performer, I play an eclectic blend of original instrumental compositions and my own arrangements of popular tunes. Each show is a blend of my deep roots in Rock & Roll and the earthy sounds of the acoustic guitar.
During a show I use several different guitars in various tunings. At the beginning of a number, I use a loop pedal to record a rhythm track, a percussion track and other sounds. I will then play a lead, melody or improvisation over my various accompaniments. This creates a lush landscape of sound that adds a whole new dimension to "solo guitar" playing.
Since I think its more important what others say about me than what I say I am including the comments below from places I've played at...
"... We asked Robert to perform at several Chamber Events this past year, and we found him to be very adaptable to each event. You can really depend on Robert to take the time to make sure that you get what you want and he takes care to please the crowd. If you desire a special and unique sound or familiar tunes, his professionalism shines through."

...We really look forward to having you at the café again. Your solo work is wonderful. I have spent quite a few years studying classical guitar and many (years) playing fingerstyle 6 string so I really appreciate this style of music and your abilities."
