We've got all the entertainment, already set up. We just drive right to your curb or driveway, get everything ready in less than five minutes, then open the doors for you and your guests, friends, kids, whoever, to party.

We have 6 TV stations--2 on the outside and 4 on the inside. You can choose between Xbox, Playstaion, Virtual Reality (for ages 12 and up), and Nintendo Switch. We have interactive, collaborative, and kid-friendly games.

The inside is climate controlled and includes stadium seating--for up to 24 guests. Plus, we've got a laser show so you feel the party ambiance.

GoGoGamer is proud to be a locally-owned, family-run mobile entertainment business based in American Fork, Utah, serving Utah and Salt Lake County areas. We understand the frustration of looking for an exciting yet affordable birthday party idea or corporate entertainment. We’ve done them all before, too…bowling, pizza, bear-building, picnics, field days…but the logistics of shuttling a bunch of kids or employees back and forth, along with the cost of these events can be overwhelming.

Our game theater is a climate-controlled, spacious party room on wheels! With gaming for up to 24 at one time, lots of gaming stations inside and out, Virtual Reality Gaming, and great video games, it’s the party you’ve been looking for. Our Game Coach instructs players and runs the fun while you relax…and your home or business stays clean! (No after clean-up!)

TDEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. Final payment for your event is due at the time of booking or 14 days prior to your event. If final Payment is not made 14 days prior to your event your reservation will automatically be cancelled. There will be no refunds issued. If you need to cancel your event, we will be glad to re-schedule your event to another date based on availability. Once payment is received no refunds will be issued.

PRIVACY POLICY:
GoGoGamer is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from American Fork, Utah. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area of up to 50 miles, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. See our Service Area page for coverage areas.

LOCATION:
The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area on which the Game Theater can park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 7-8 parking spaces (about 55 feet) to park plus more to maneuver into the spot. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local church or recreation center and we can have the event there.

If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, we will request an alternative location be provided. We will park in driveways only if we can do so safely and will only do so at our discretion.

BAD WEATHER:
The GoGoGamer trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and our equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm or other strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. We will call you to let you know if we need to re-schedule due to bad weather!

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
GoGoGamer does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times for children 16 and younger. Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Children 5 and under must be accompanied by a adult at all times.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the GoGoGamer equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY:
GoGoGamer or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, GoGoGamer reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. GoGoGamer or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless GoGoGamer for all damages or injuries that may occur in the inside or the outside of the Game Theater while providing services.

FOOD/DRINK:
GoGoGamer does NOT allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside or outside the trailer. You may then be able to view these pictures on our Facebook Fan Page (or other Social Media) and copy them to your files. These photos may appear on our web site as well. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please let the Game Coach know. We never identify children by name or location.

TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

OUR TRUCK/TRAILER:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface. We reserve the right to cancel an event if the driver considers the area to be unsafe to park, in which case a refund will be provided.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
GoGoGamer will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
