George Satula is an accomplished business professional with over 35 years of diversified management experience, which includes 25 years as an owner and CEO of multiple businesses. He has also held senior executive positions in areas of operations, sales, marketing, and product development for other private corporations. In 2000, George earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he concentrated his studies on strategic planning, organizational development, and entrepreneurialism.
In 2000, George founded Sigma Management Systems, LLC, which is a change management consulting and executive coaching practice. As the Senior Business Consultant, George specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and business strategy. In 2010, George became a TEC Chair (TEC Group 43) in the southeastern regional area of Wisconsin. TEC (together with its affiliate, Vistage International) is the largest organization of CEO’s in the world. TEC’s central purpose is to help business owners be smarter and better at leading an organization.
In addition to George’s professional business interests, he has begun research towards a book publication on a formulaic matrix approach to leadership dynamics and innovation centered business culture. This research activity will also, in part, be the basis of a dissertation on the psychoanalytic and neuroplasticity aspects of crisis environment leadership in a PhD program at Marquette University.

“In my practice as a management consultant and business coach, I believe that business is all about leadership, innovation, strategy, marketing and operational performance. Without critical attention to these core concepts, nothing changes and nothing improves. But, unfortunately, I see many businesses caught up in the day-to-day ‘fog of war’. Simply put, many businesses tend to lack a consistent, well-executed strategy, operational practices are not optimized, and its people are not fully engaged in the success of the business. To rise above the fray, a business leader needs to be more of an entrepreneurial thinker/planner, the organization (specifically, its people, product and operations) needs to be differentiated, there has to be a plan and a vision that is well-executed and real value has to be brought to the consumer. There simply is no other path to sustained business success.”
