Elaina Hutton - Harpist

Events: This is about your day - I am eager to work directly with you to provide an experience specifically catered to your preference! When you have booked an event we will discuss the location, duration of the performance, and any preferences or repertoire that you wish to be included.

Lessons: Whether you are a beginner simply seeking a new hobby or a seasoned musician interested in advanced technique, there is something for everyone. I would love to create a personalized lesson structure for you to enjoy, engage, and grow.

Elaina is a life-long music lover with a passion for sharing the unique joy of harp with as many people as possible, whether that be through performing, publishing research, or teaching both private and group lessons.

She graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance, and during her studies enjoyed performing in the university orchestra, wind symphony, and harp ensemble, as well as singing with the women's choir.

From orchestra tours to tea parties, Elaina has experience performing in a wide range of settings and occasions. She is currently a member of the Dayton Area Harp Ensemble, an avid lover of show tunes, and an active advocate for the growing field of music therapy.

Due to the delicate nature of the harp, outdoor events must take into consideration the possibility of inclement weather - in the event of precipitation, high winds, or temperatures below 40°F or above 85°F, outdoor services will not be provided.
