Music for the moment. I can provide suitable music for weddings, special events, parties, dinning-in (music for the atmosphere), or outdoor celebration events.
Over thirty years of educational & profession performance experiences, to include performance as a Threatre Musican, I'm a native of Columbus, Ohio and product its public school system, where I learned my craft in Junior and High School bands. I cut my teeth on the playing of gospel music and served several years as a Minister of Music and Music Director, where I coined the title, "The Gospel Sax". Later, I enlisted into the United States Navy and performed in the Ship’s Band for three years. I am an Alumni of the “All Ohio Boy’s Band” and attended OSU as a Music Major. I re-enlisted into the Armed Forces, joining the US Army Band at Fort Lee, VA. I attended and graduated from the Army, Navy, and Marine School of Music and served as a Saxophone Player for 3 years before deploying to Saudia Arabia as a 13B (Cannoneer) Section Chief during the Gulf War. I am a recipient of the Army’s Bronze Star for my service in combat during the war. During my experiences as a saxophonist in the military, I performed for four sitting US Presidents: Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, and George Bush, Sr. While still in the army band, and performed as a student at the School of Music in concert with the visiting Russian Army Band in orchestra at the Scope in Norfolk, Va, where the Army, Navy, Marine, and Russian band members performed “The Phantom of the Opera”. Among the saxophones, I also play the electric bass guitar, flute, guitar, and the EWI (Electric Wind Instrument), and have been said to have a voice for song.

US Naval Ship’s Band (USS NIMITZ CVN-68), Norfolk, VA
338th Army Reserves Band, Columbus, OH
