Below is a usual pre/post performance set for Dr. Love:
22-Song straight set (All solos included)
Fan photo sessions with the band
Catman (Drums, Vocals): Dave Gager is a consummate musician and has played drums for several groups in the area. His drum solo is one of the high points of every show! A great singer as well, Dave gives a heartfelt rendition of KISS's greatest ballad, "Beth"
Starchild (Guitar, Vocals): Mick Hasson has been Dr. Love's frontman from the beginning. He talks it up during the show and keeps the audience rocking! Though his mastery of the guitar is not spotlighted in Dr. Love shows, he can hold his own with the best of them.
Space Ace (Guitar, Vocals): Michael Simpson is the newest member to the group and fits in well with Dr. Love as the lead guitarist. He also gets to sing a few "Ace" songs featured in the show for the die-hard fans!
Demon (Bass, Vocals): Roger Jaime is so convincing as his KISS counterpart that he leaves fans transfixed. Thanks to Roger, fire, blood and attitude are all on display with "Dr. Love!"
Additional Booking Notes
If you desire the option of the "Demon" to breathe fire during the show, please make sure your venue's fire rules and regulations allow this. The "Demon" also oozes fake blood from his mouth during his bass solo. Dr. Love can provide plastic covering to protect the floor of your venue. If you have any questions about either of these options, please do not hesitate to ask.
A private on-site makeup area/room must be provided at least 90 minutes prior to the band's performance time. Room/area must meet a minimum 8-person occupancy for band members and their makeup artists. Three out of the four band members regularly wear 7" platform shoes, which are hard to manage on uneven surfaces. Dr. Love asks that a flat and level surface area is provided for performance. If this cannot be provided, please inquire about our staging options.
Dr. Love's show does not include security, so the band asks that the venue host provides the safety of Dr. Love's members and their associates.
