I am a professionally trained classical singer, but I also enjoy performing jazz and musical theater.
I run a successful fashion and lifestyle blog called "A Gentlewoman", where I have been featured by brands such as Madewell, Target, Loft, and Stumptown Coffee Roasters. In Chicago, I have modeled and interviewed for "The Nice".

Daina Fischer, mezzo soprano, is a versatile and multi-faceted artist. She made her European debut in 2012 as Dorabella from Mozart's “Cosi Fan Tutte” and sang the alto solo from Pergolesi's Stabat Mater at the Tuscia Opera Festival in Italy. Being of Lithuanian descent, Daina has sung in Lithuania as a soloist and with the Lithuanian Opera Chorus in Chicago.
Hailing from Chicago, she has sung all over the city as a soloist and as a choir member with the International Chamber Artists of Chicago and VOX3 Collective. Major choral works include Mozart's Requiem, and Poulenc's Requiem. Her other operatic roles include; Hansel in Hansel in Gretel by Humperdink, The Old Lady from Candide, Mistress of Novices from Puccini's Suor Angelica, and Leonora from Trionfe dell'Honore by Scarlatti. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Performing Arts in 2013 from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and is in pursuit of receiving a Masters Degree in Vocal Performance.
In her spare time, Daina runs a successful fashion and lifestyle blog entitled “A Gentlewoman.” Along with being a blogger she is also works as a model, and as a voice, piano and french teacher.
