Mansur Kadirov was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan into a musical family. He began cello studies at the R.M. Glier Music School. In 2003, Kadirov won his first cello competition in Tashkent.
Mansur has performed around the world, including National Symphony of Uzbekistan, Gunma Junior Orchestra, Kinnor Philharmonic, Kansas City Chamber Orchestra, and Royal Conservatory Orchestra. He has performed at the Folly Theater, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Koerner Hall, Flagey, and Alice Tully Hall. Many of his concerts were broadcast on radios in Europe, Japan and North America.
He was also often invited to perform at government functions.
Mansur completed his bachelors and masters degrees on full scholarship at the Park University ICM, studying under Daniel Veis. He is currently a Koerner Scholarship recipient for his ADP studies at the Glenn Gould School in the cello class of Hans Jensen and Andres Diaz.
Mansur is a prizewinner of several competitions and awards, including 1st prize in the National Competition of Uzbekistan, Grand Prix at Naftzger Young Artists in Wichita Kansas, USA, and Tom Thomas Award for promising soloist at GGS
