I'm a sultry, singer-songwriter and session vocalist, originally from Louisiana, so you bring the bodies and I'll definitely bring the soul. I'm based in Nashville, TN. My music is comparable to a mix of Adele, Lorde, and Amy Winehouse. I have about 4-5 hours of material to serenade the crowds: fast, slow, and in between. I'm an extroverted, people person, and great at reading a crowd; you won't be disappointed.

High energy, soulful, sultry performer. You can expect me on time with full gear. I'm flexible and can handle changes well. You can tell me the vibe and I can fit that like a chameleon.
"Music makes the people come together." -and that's what I want to do.
Brittany Pfantz is singer-songwriter from Louisiana, and that's probably where she gets her soulful style from. Having a variety of soul, blues, folk, reggae, and a touch of rap as an inspiration to her music, Brittany Pfantz is often thought of as being a delightful mix of Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Janis Joplin. Her message will always be the same, “Go get that thing that makes your heart tick”, and by doing just that she hopes that others will realize it's possible to realize your dreams.
2013 was the year of the song for Brittany, a little late some would say, to really begin a career as an artist. She was 22 and it was her senior year of college; everything happened kind of fast. When you're born to do something it just bursts out, especially when it's been locked up so long. And that is exactly what happened to Brittany.
She got a ukulele in December 2012 and her whole life changed after she received some encouragement from close friends and family. She made some bold/crazy decisions and dropped all of her plans of being a Physical Therapist and began to travel. Of course there were many adversities to face, considering Brittany is a rather whimsical woman, her family and friends didn't take her seriously. That she would be an artist and that music would be her life-long career was sort of far-fetched. However, she kept pushing and kept doing it. The distance she's come in 4 years has been nothing short of a miracle. She received many words in her heart from God and others that she would sing all over the world and on many stages and it would be powerful and she felt the truth, and this is what has kept her running full speed towards it.
“Free Birds” her first EP was recorded in Brazil, by Ton Molinari and released in 2014. She began playing guitar shortly after and performing as soon as she could play enough chords to make a tune. Her second EP “I Shall Climb This Mountain” produced by Matt Moss was released in March 2017. Brittany's growth as an artist is definitely noticeable in this EP, but there is a piece of her soul in each work that ties all of the music together. Many people describe it as “raw” or “soulful”; she makes you feel something deep inside when she sings. This is what art is supposed to do. PUSH PULL her biggest song was released in 2017 as well and she recorded the vocals in her closet.
In 2016 she was placed top 10 of 715 across the nation in a talent search for Big Machine Label out of Nashville. Her cover of "Valerie" got her noticed. She made the tough decision to not sign the contract to continue further in the competition. Her value for her music and herself was her reasoning; giving herself and her music to the wrong label could be detrimental to her career. Lately she has been very inspired by Chance the Rapper and his bravery in the music business. Realizing that artists can have a career without a label.
She has spent the last two years as a performer in Louisiana, Texas, and a little bit in Georgia and Florida. She has opened for artists that she really respects such as Tank and the Bangas and Marc Broussard. In February 2017, she toured with Marc Broussard and that has been a career highlight for her.
Recently she made the big move to Los Angeles to further pursue her career in music. It's going well as of yet.
