For the holiday season we can put together a photos with Santa package for all kinds of holiday events using our photo booth and bringing along Santa!!

bounce House/Waterslide rental information
A $50 deposit is required to secure your rental. We cannot hold reservations without a deposit. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE except in the event that weather forces cancellation of event. (in event of inclement weather we wil call you to give you opportunity to cancel before delivery. Once we deliver there is no refunds) Remainder of your balance is due in full prior to or at the time of delivery. We do not accept checks or money orders. Credit Cards are accepted up until the night before your rental. Cash only on day of delivery
We cannot schedule exact delivery times. 24 hours prior to your event we will contact you and provide a 2 hour delivery window. Deliveries start at 8am and typically are completed by noon. Parties starting before noon will be priority when scheduling delivery to ensure arrival prior to event. Someone 18 or over must be there to accept delivery
Saturday rentals are typically left overnight until Sunday morning. If this is an issue please call before booking. Rentals at public parks please also call before booking to discuss.
Sunday rentals, pick ups start at 6pm.
We provide an extension cord up to 100 Ft. If the area where you want to place the unit is greater than 100 Ft please discuss prior to arrival.
Location for bounce house must be safe, flat area large enough for the bounce house to fit with room to spare. There should be no low hanging branches above the unit. Please ensure there is No broken glass or sharp objects on the area where you will be using the unit. There should be no sharp objects any where near where you want the unit to be placed. Also please ensure the area is free from tree branches and dog droppings. Larger units we recommend at least 22x22 feet. Smaller units 18x18 space. If we arrive and deem the area unsafe we reserve the right to refuse set up. MOVING THE UNIT AFTER SET UP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR SAFETY REASONS. If we arrive and the unit was moved we will require the unit to be blown up and inspected for damage and you will be required to pay for any damages.
We do not set up on rock or gravel. Please call us to discuss prior to making reservation if there is any steps elevators, tiered yard or steep up/down hills to get to where you plan to set up. We do have the right to refuse set up if the area is deemed unsafe to transport the unit. GATE ACCESS: if you have a gate you must have a minimum of 5 ft wide access or larger. We cannot fit the unit through a 3ft gate.
Evey rental is secured using stakes. We are not liable for underground sprinklers. If you have concerns regarding underground sprinklers please notify us 24 hours ahead of time. If rental is not going to be on Grass you must let us know 24 hours before arrival in order to ensure we have weights for pavements.
Adult Supervision required at all times. Please ensure you read the terms of the contact which will be sent to your email upon booking as there is additional rules and regulations
There is no silly string, water balloons, Facepaint, food, candy, gum or liquids inside the unit.

Visit will be customized for your event. We can do drop in home visits, gift delivery, company parties, pics with Santa events (we do offer Santa as an add on to any photo booth rental package for only $150)
