Review the guidelines and policies below, and find instructions for uploading your profile photo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ha\" id=\"h-technical-requirements-for-profile-pictures\">\ud83d\udd0d Technical requirements for profile pictures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When uploading a photo to your GigSalad profile, there are a few technical requirements for the image that you must follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group half-indent\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>The photo is a 1&#215;1 ratio and needs to work in a square and circle shape. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>The photo must be a minimum of 480&#215;480 pixels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>The file size cannot exceed 12MB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>Only JPEG and PNG file types are accepted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unsure about your photo&#8217;s size or file type, you can find this information by looking at the details. On a computer, right-click on the image, select &#8220;Properties&#8221; or &#8220;Get Info&#8221;, navigate to &#8220;Details&#8221; and look for the image dimensions (i.e. 480 x 480 pixels), size (no more than 8 MB), and file type (PNG or JPEG). When viewing your photo on a mobile device, select the info button (the letter &#8220;i&#8221; on Apple or three dots on Android) to see the image details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-profile-photo-guidelines\">\u2705 Profile photo guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a few requirements for good profile pictures to provide the best experience for event planners seeking entertainment and services. Follow the guidelines below when selecting your business profile photo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group half-indent\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>Profile images should not be self-taken photos (selfies)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>Your profile photo should not be a logo, cartoon, and\/or graphic photo. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 <strong>The photo should not contain text, logos, or contact information.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your profile photo is deemed inappropriate, violates any of our policies (such as containing text\/contact info or copyrighted works), is too low quality, or doesn&#8217;t match the services you provide, we may remove the image or reach out and ask you to replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-upload-a-profile-photo\">\ud83e\udd14 How to upload a profile photo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;re ready to upload your profile photo, follow the steps below to add it to your GigSalad profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the Photos section under Edit PromoKit in your control panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Edit on the Profile Photo, then tap the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gigsalad.com\/promokit\/edit\/upload-profile-photo\">Upload<\/a><\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Choose File<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the correct photo on your computer, and click <strong>Open<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must own all the rights to any image you upload to your PromoKit.
