In her interviews, she&#8217;s noticed the same three things come up each and every time \u2013 media, reviews, and pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Priorities for event planners are two-parted,&#8221; Pragya says. &#8220;First, they get to know the vendor. Performance videos and pictures help them envision the performer as a part of their event. And recent reviews from past clients build trust and confidence to move forward. Once they know the vendor better, the second part is determining pricing and how it fits with their budget.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With these priorities in mind, you can make some changes to your profile to improve your chances of landing the gig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-quality-photos-and-videos\">1. Quality photos and videos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almost no buyer will move forward with a purchase sight unseen. It&#8217;s essential to have high-quality media, including a diverse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gigsalad.com\/blog\/tips-for-building-a-photo-gallery-that-gets-you-booked\/\">photo gallery<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gigsalad.com\/blog\/get-more-gigs-by-showcasing-your-talent-with-videos\/\">videos<\/a> that showcase your talent.
