David Denizot was born and raised in Cushing, Oklahoma. He grew up in a very loving Christian home with his parents and younger brother. At a young age David dedicated his life to God, but like many of us did not keep God first in our lives. David did his own things, and like many began to think that he was invincible. Through high school, he was a wrestler winning many trophies. At the age of 17, David found a passion for weight lifting. He then started practicing Tae-kwon-do at the age of 19. During his years of Tae-kwon-do, David won two national titles, never ranked below 3rd place, and in 1997 he was ranked number one in the state of Oklahoma. He was also asked to try out for the US Olympic team. Though he no longer practices the sport, he did accomplish his First-degree black belt. He size proved to be too big for the martial art. He continued his diligence in the gym lifting weights. David, with that invincible attitude, lived his life to the fullest, with God still on the back burner. All of that changed suddenly one day, David now has a heart touching testimony of how God became number one in his life and still is to this day. Since that day, David has been traveling with different strength ministries all over the world preaching the good news gospel to the young and old. From elementary school gyms to coliseums, David has not only explained the affects of bullying to children but has also helped adults overcome tragedies in their lives. A few years ago, David started competing in Strong Man. In his second competition, he dead lifted an 800lb car for 21 reps, which qualified him to get his pro card, which he gracefully turned down. He knew that the training involved would take up too much of his time. He felt he needed to focus on his ministry and on his inspirational endeavors. David has been married now for five years and resides in Tulsa where he and his wife are active members of Victory Christian Center.
