I have now been to several events in which Behind the Glass Bartending was used. My initial expectation was for just the standard drinks to be made such as rum and cokes, and vodka and juice. Those expectations did not even scratch the surface of what our bartender, Michael Ng, was capable of. Creative and delicious drinks like jalapeno mojitos, and whiskey and ginger beer were suggested after I mentioned the types of drinks I generally like. The parties were a lot of fun and the drinks were super good!
