Artspace111 is Fort Worth’s premiere event venue for weddings, parties, corporate events, birthdays, showers, seminars, meetings, and any get-together that thrives in a unique and inspiring setting. The artwork sparks insightful conversation while the relaxing atmosphere of the gardens reflects the easy-going nature of Fort Worth. Within the wall of a historic brick industrial building is the 2,500 sq. foot gallery housing rotating exhibition from some of Texas finest artists. Outside are two sculpture gardens perfect for a casual wedding reception or an elegant ceremony for 220 guests.

Artspace111 can host up to 225 people. The main building provides a traditional gallery feel with its white walls adorned with contemporary works of art. Concrete floors and modern lounging complete the sophisticated setting while leaving room for you to decorate it as you choose. This unique event space has many stand-out features that will leave an impression on your guests, including two sculpture gardens. An outdoor patio and ceremony area allow couples to have the best of both worlds when deciding between an indoor or outdoor venue.
Services Offered:
Artspace111 has a number of services available for you to consider. All Artspace111 rental packages include an event planning service. Our event coordinators can help you prepare, organize and execute every detail to make your wedding or party visions come to life. Options such as vendor suggestions will give you peace of mind that you are hiring professionals who are familiar with the space for your big day. A day-of coordinator will ensure the day runs seamlessly. Various event rentals can be supplied to transform the venue. Items such as altars, arches and other decor will personalize your ceremony and reception spaces. Being that the venue encompasses a full art gallery that you and your guests are guaranteed to be intrigued by, an on-site gallery liaison will be present. An in-house bar is available for use with the option to bring your own alcohol. Bartenders and a wait staff can be provided for your wedding, should your caterer of choice not supply its own. Artspace111 will take care of the setup and cleanup of your wedding. Additional services couples can take advantage of include the following:

Artspace111 Weekend Rental Package Includes
8 hour event: set-up | event | break-down
l hour for ceremony rehearsal the night before (if applicable)

Artspace111 provides a full day of coordination which includes:

Vendors: You may work with any caterer & bring in your own alcohol.
Additional Costs: We require that you go through Artspace111 for all equipment/furniture rentals, valet, bartenders, and wait staff (unless your caterer company provides their own staff).
Deposit: We require a $1000 deposit and signed contract to reserve your date. If there is no damage to the facility or violations of our contract, your full deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your event.
