Solo artist with a wealth of original songs performed with a full band, and over 200 cover songs that can be performed with a band or solo on guitar. Fancy myself a charismatic and engaging performer. Also available as work-for-hire on guitar or bass for other performers.
Wow!! Great guitarist and singer. Saw him last night at Spreckles Organ Pavilion playing with Daniel Crawford, Richard Larson and Raul Prieto Ramirez on organ.
Loved Ariel's 6 minute solo for the last song. Blew me away. Made me feel young again at 75 years old. Was a Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd tribute. I liked the Pink Floyd second half the best. What a wonderful way to end the Monday night concerts.

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel and raised in the heart of New York City. Ariel Levine recently packed his compact car to the brim and, like so many before him, made the great journey west in search of newer pastures, undiscovered endeavors, oceans & carne asada.
As the former frontman for fabled NYC favorites, KiNDERGARTEN, (link hidden)), Levine produced two albums with the band, toured the east coast and were regulars at famed NYC venues such as CBGB's, Southpaw, Le Poisson Rouge, Knitting Factory, Arlene's Grocery & Joe's Pub. It was the disbanding of KiNDERGARTEN that spawned Levine's yen to leave New York City.
It's been nearly four years since he arrived on the west coast, and in that time he has stepped away from center stage. Instead, making a name for himself as a producer, tribute performer, session and live guitarist/bassist, touring and recording with a wealth of great artists. In those four years, Levine has seldom performed any of his own original music onstage. But it's time to scrape off the ol' proverbial moss.
Levine has begun production of his first full length solo album, "Let The Machine Get It." New musical ideas collected over and inspired by the varying terrains and unpredictable gear shifts of the last four years. A lyrical knack for exploring darker truths beyond the light and humor in mankind's darkest moments, Levine turns his external satirical candor inward, in a story arc that surrounds the album. "LTMGI" is set to be the most personally revealing collection of songs in his career to date.
Levine now resides in San Diego, CA, splits his time between there, Los Angeles and frequent visits back home to New York.....couldn't stay away for good."
"Let The Machine Get It" is set to be released mid 2016.
