Our experience with Angela was excellent. She arrived in a timely manner. She was pleasant from start to finish. She adhered to the instructions and demonstrated that she was well experienced at serving and waiting on people. The tanqueray and tonic cocktail she made was off the chain good. She took great pictures of our evening. She did her thang. My man had no idea what I had in stored for him on his birthday/Christmas evening, so when Angela arrived and introduced herself and had explained how the evening was going to go, he knew he was in for a treat. My man was impressed. This was his best birthday/Christmas ever. I highly recommend and would hire again.

I worked with Angela recently at a very special event where the client reserved a beautiful downtown Dallas rooftop to propose to his girlfriend. Everything had to be perfect from the food, to the lighting, to the service and the music.

Angela was adaptable and in command of the event throughout the dining service. She was a perfectionist from decorating to serving. I would highly recommend her for your next event.

My son wanted to create the perfect evening to propose to his girlfriend. He had several friends bring her favorite foods from various restaurants to a private rooftop dining area, hired a violinist and had a photographer hiding in the back to capture the special moment. He set the table and brought the dinnerware.
I thought his chances to pull this off were slim. Despite a lack of sufficient dinnerware, late arrivals of food, a broken food warmer and no kitchen, it worked. And the reason it worked was Angela. She was amazing. She served the meal, improvised through the problems, directed the musician and photographer and gave us all a play-by-play of the evening via text messages as it happened. The perfect evening made possible by the perfect host. Thank you Angela.
