I am a young, experienced singer who will happy to provide you with background entertainment or primary entertainment at any retirement party, wedding, birthday, etc. I perform mostly classical songs and show tunes but am happy to take suggestions if they are noted upon hiring. My set can be as long or as short as need be with breaks of course. I provide my own microphone, speakers, and accompaniment.

What to Expect
I will show up a half an hour to twenty minutes early to set up. I arrive with enough microphones for me and my accompaniment (usually a guitarist or pianist), a microphone stand, and speakers. Usually I will check my set list with you to make sure it is fitting for the type of event. For example, I will not sing "Don't Rain on My Parade" at a funeral. I will also check with you, the client, as to how many songs you want performed. I will take one 10 minute break halfway through my set unless your event requires a significantly long set. If you would like to see my suggested set it is on my page.
I am 17 years old and have performed in front of a large audience solo more times than I can count. I have taken four years of private, professional vocal lessons with retired opera singer, Sharon Gram. On top of that I have taken two years of community vocal classes and three years of choir. I have performed in community musicals such as Annie, the Wizard of Oz, High School Musical, and Oliver. I was a volunteer performer for a retirement home in Merced and have also performed at graduation parties and retirement parties. I have competed and won in many talent shows. I am also a part of the Bear Creek Ukulele Society which performs at various events in Merced so I have been hired in a group before. I also musically directed "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown" at a local middle school.
Additional Booking Notes
I do not provide lighting. However, lighting isn't usually an issue unless the room or outside venue is pitch black which isn't ideal for a party anyways. I do provide microphones, microphone stands, instruments, and speakers for myself, but if you would rather me use yours, I can.
