Chef Gene's Bio
All Star Catering Florida was started in 1995, for the purpose of working with the school lunch programs.
After graduating from the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and working for the Helmsley’s as the assistant executive chef at the Helmsley Palace, I went and did time in the U.S. Army as personal chef to Gen William H. Harrison and later served as Chief Executive chef to G.H.W. Bush as he served as vice president. Landing back in New York City All Star Catering became All Star Catering International, and serviced the catering needs of the entertainment field, with parties of 2 to 2500.
After moving to Florida I opened Fresh Aroma, a Mediterranean bistro, serving fresh fairs from that region and catering parties from South Palm Beach to North Broward.
Now I have found a need with the aid of my wonderful wife Rochelle, who is a Real Estate Broker and Event Planner, that there is many needs for a quality caterer at reasonable cost to service many of the parties that brokers host to show off new listings or properties that they are trying to sell as well as the builders that are trying to sell their properties as well.

Rochelle Klein Bio
Rochelle Klein is the company's Executive Director directly responsible for ensuring your events success. She will work directly with you throughout the entire process, to design, coordinate and plan your special promotion or event with a specialized team. She also will provide on-site management and support on the day or days of your event. Rochelle has completed and received certificates in Event Planning, Wedding Planning, Special Events Planning as well as corporate and business events planning. Rochelle graduated from Queens Collage (CUNY) in Business Management and Hospitality
