Head Trainer, Shift Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Mixologist, Sommelier, Flair
Bartender Sales Representative.
Schedule of Services offered by Alchemixx:
1.) Staffing (Traditional and Flair bartenders available)
2.) Exclusive/Signature drink designs. Created exclusively for your event.
3.) Glassware and Stemware rentals available.
-Various styles and designs.
4.) Portable Bar rentals available.
5.) Flair Shows
6.) Cash bars and hosted bars available.
*Hosted bars, any/all additional product required is an additional cost separate from service offerings available. Recipient(s) obligated to provide.
**Cash bars, any/all additional product required is subject to products that are normally included in inventories and/or requested prior to event by Recipient(s). Service provider obligated to purchase and provide. All cash bars are priced accordingly and are taxable.
***All service offerings are available `a la carte with exemptions as follows,
Mandated and fixed charges required by Alchemixx for any and/or all services selected by Recipient(s), include:
1.) Mileage Surcharge of $.70 cents/mile/round trip. Considerations from Eau Claire, WI to individual and/or multiple physical location(s) of where services will be provided.
2.) Service Charge of 20%. Applied to "Total Invoice Amount Due".
3.) Retainer Fee equaling 25% of "Total Invoice Amount Due". When all parties have agreed and Recipient(s) have made final service offering selections. Retainer fee is due upon final Contract signing. Non-refundable.
4.) The difference of the Total Invoice Amount Due less the retainer fee will equal the final payment amount. Final payment is due upon completion of services. Immediately following the event.
5.) Alchemixx and staff are warranted to receive earnings in the form of "tips" that are provided to them while providing services throughout the duration of the events timeline by those who are in attendance. "Tipping" and/or "tip jars" can and will be allowed. Exceptions can be made with prior negotiations and consent from all parties involved during the initial planning stages and when developing final Contract of Bartending Services, respectively. These earnings are separate from the required service charge.
6.) A 4-hour minimum of service time is required for booking. If service time seizes under the 4-hour minimum; Recipient will be charged accordingly.
7.) Cancellation policy requires a written notice of 14 days or more before events calendar date to avoid default. If written notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the event, there will be a refund of any monies paid, less the retainer fee.
Full service complete from set-up to tear down.
