AFA is Jonathan Bradshaw and siblings Josh Bywater and Jenna Bywater. It is their purpose to constantly better themselves and to continually strive towards excellence. Their sound derives from the various influences each of them has had; from Beethoven to Hendrix, and from Sinatra to Demon Hunter, every experience has helped to shape them into who they are today and who they are becoming in the future.
*Technical requirements required if AFA is not providing their own sound system and sound engineer. There will be an additional fee of of $150-300 for the transport of sound equipment and pay for the sound engineer*
SOUND REQUIREMENTS
• A 3 to 4-way sound system capable of producing 50hz to 18khz at 104db Front of House with no distortion
• Subs - should be provided in appropriate proportion to the main system.
• FOH speakers should be properly positioned and powered adequately according to speaker and driver requirements.
• There should be a high quality 31-band graphic EQ (or comparable signal processor) for every zone of the FOH system (left, right, fills, etc).
• The artist reserves the right to supply their own FOH board if they deem the house board to be inadequate.
• House system should be equipped with at least the effects capability of reverb and delay.
• A patch bay/snake with at least 16 xlr inputs within 40 feet of each position.
• System should be able to produce three separate monitor mixes capable of producing 104db with no distortion.
• Four 20amp power boxes to be placed according to stage plot.
• Three grounded power extension cables should be provided.
• Three monitor wedges should be placed according to stage plot.
• Boom mic stands should be provided for overheads, hi-hat and vox 2. A straight mic stand should be provided for vox 1. A short mic stand should be provided for the guitar amp and kick drum. Snare, tom1, and tom2 mics should attach by clip to the drum. There should be 2 spare boom mic stands available for use in case there is a malfunction with any of the stands.
• The Artist reserves the right to switch out any mic with one that he provides.
• The Client should provide at least a 5-piece drum mic kit (additional sub-kick preferred but not required); two condenser mics (e609 preferred. If not, sm57 will be adequate); two Direct boxes in good working order; three quality vocal mics (e845 preferred. If not, sm58 will be adequate) two for vox1 and vox 2 and 1 as backup.
• A minimum of 16 xlr cables of 25' or greater length should be provided.
• At least six 9v batteries should be provided.
