Zero Point Zero Delivers the Goods!
My wife and I saw Zero Point Zero most recently at The Pub in Pembroke Gardens. Being no stranger to hearing cover bands and having played in some myself, I can tell your that crowds can be less than enthusiastic at times.. The band laid down a solid groove and kept the groove flowing, performing tasteful renditions of modern rock songs that people loved,all members talented and well balanced sound wise...but what really brought the people to life was the singer, Justin Huxley. Trust me, you probably haven't heard someone as good as Justin in a local cover band. For starters, you have to hear this guy's voice and style, it's truly inspiring. Taking your average rock cover song and bringing it to life is no easy task but Justin's vocals immediately grab your attention, in a GOOD way. Awesome tone, passion and putting his own unique phrasing on the melody, all done with attitude. He draws you IN to the song, you are compelled to listen. The guy can also work a crowd, making you feel like part of the performance, walking on top of the bar and involving people right at their tables while never missing a beat! You could tell by the enthusiastic crowd reaction that no one expected this and it drew more people from outside the pub who were listening casually to come in That's called being ENTERTAINED and what all bands should strive for. If you're in the mood to hear lounge music and get mellow, there are plenty of bands that will accommodate you or you could stay home and listen to recorded music. Justin and his band will make you glad you came out. ZPZ Delivers!!
