Lies!

The companies response to Nicole H. review are not accurate. He is correct that he called at 1:09, however, he was scheduled to arrive at 1:45. He never said he "would be late," we were told there would be no bus. We only had a few hours to take pictures before the wedding so we had to drive ourselves around. He called back a couple hours later saying that he found someone with a 14 passenger van that we could use from the 36 passenger bus we had reserved....not going to work! As far as the "threats" he is referring to, all we said is that we would be sure to give him a horrible review!

The Groom was told we were working on the problem Never did we say there would be no bus Late yes. Again Bride told me not to send a bus she had another company covering it. A van was never talked about . A 16 passenger bus was to start untill the larger bus could get there Again we tried to correct our problem but got threats towards our company

Stranded the Bride and Groom 30 minutes before pick up time!

I was in a wedding party on Saturday. At 2 O'clock we were all dressed and ready to go downtown for pictures. When the bus wasn't there by 2, we called. The owner, Terry, said he left us a voice-mail earlier. He called at 1:25 pm to tell us he WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK US UP. Only 35 minutes notice! This left not only the bridal party stranded, but also over 75 guests at the hotel who had no way to get to the venue. The owner did NOTHING to compensate us. He could not find a driver to operate his bus. He just apologized. The bride had to spend her day worrying about her transportation, instead of enjoying herself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not reliable and unable to help when it was their error.

The statements above are not correct. Yes a driver did not call or show up to work for this booking. A voice message was left at 1:09 not 1:25 giving details of problem , telling Bide bus would be late , but we would have a bus there . Talked to Bride and Groom both after that . Told bride I had an affiliate bus on the way to start. Told Bride it was smaller but it would get things started till I could get another bus there. Bride told me she had it covered and canceled the bus. We told Bride & Groom we were very sorry . We talked to Bride , Groom , and Brides Father about problem. Sometimes things happen that we can not control . All money was refunded the same day. We understand people were angry , but making threats towards us over the phone , in emails and posting untrue facts are not the we to ever resolve a problem . We have had hundreds of happy clients over the past 12 years , and will continue to do so. We do feel bad about what happened and tried to fix the problem .
