Tumblin' Dice is a classic rock and roll band covering tunes from the 60's and 70's, from the Allman Brothers to ZZ Top. We perform Dance Rock to Rhythm n' Blues and English Rock to Southern Rock. We live it and we play it with style. We're a tight knit four piece band consisting of lead guitar, bass, drums and keyboards. We can also incorporate sax into the mix depending on the event.
I hired Tumblin' Dice for our company party- they definitely delivered, took requests, everyone enjoyed it- we already booked them for next year! Highly recommend, Jeff Goddard

Typical Gig: 60 - 240 minutes
Great interaction between the members of the band as well as with their audience. Some humor mixed in and getting the audience to sing with them. The guys love their audience and the reaction they get from the music. The main goal is make the audience a part of the overall experience and part of the party.

Tumblin' Dice is one of the best groups to hit Connecticut. You can expect high energy, great dance music and a great performance. This group blends so well together you would swear they've been together forever.
'Brandy' Bob Poulin - Lead Guitar and Vocals
Bob has been addicted to music since he started playing guitar at the age of 13. Learning the basics from the local paper boy who taught him how to change his strings, adjust the action on his guitar and those first few chords Bob is now an accomplished musician and lead singer/front man. Bob has played in various bands over the past 50 years. These bands include Top Secret, Smooth Groove, The Fabulous Turkeyfoot Band, Triple Dare and "Brandy" Bob and The Milk Bone Daddies (of which Bob was the founder of both of these bands), October Road and Rag Top Deluxe. Bob has hosted blues jams at the Hungry Tiger, the 880 Club and has played at Black Eyed Sally's with the Milk Bone Daddies.
John Zygmunt - Bass and Vocals
John is one of the newest members of Tumblin' Dice. Bringing to the band his innate sense of humor and wonderful style, John is a trained vocalist (classical opera) but has been singing rock and roll for 30 years. He began playing piano and accordion in elementary but spent most of the last 25 years playing guitar and bass all
while singing lead vocals. He had his own band, Lindy North who opened up for Robin Trower in 1992. He played with Connecticut's Night Moves Band for 8 years and also plays with Split Personality out of Bristol.
Steve Donovan - Keyboards
Steve came to Tumblin' Dice after having moved from California as a session player for many great musicians such as Chuck Berry. He has made this his career and has traveled up and down the West Coast party circuit for over 20 years. Steve is a very welcome addition to the band and one of the best keyboardists to grace the East Coast.
Mike Chute - Drums and Vocals
Mike is the founder of Tumblin' Dice. Playing drums and singing is a passion and Mike loves being able to kick out his weekends playing with the band. Mike has been playing for many years with bands such as Smokehouse, Livewire and Silverado. He has opened for Pirates of the Mississippi, Mark Collie, Three Dog Night and more.
