We booked Tom to speak at our Annual Convention, at the first morning's breakfast. Being from our area, our attendees could easily relate to his anecdotes. He had a defined message and gave a good presentation; no stumbling around, everything flowed smoothly. Before the event he contacted me to help craft his presentation to our event. As soon as he finished, some of our attendees were ready to book him to speak to their employees.
