Joe, the Plymouth Piper - Accomplished Piper & Instructor - Founder and Pipe Major Emeritus, Colum Cille Pipes and Drums, Cape Cod; former member of the Cape & Islands Police and Fire Pipe Band & the Brian Boru Pipe Band (Cape Cod). I perform throughout southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the Islands at weddings, funerals, special programs & parties. I have competed both here in the U.S. at various highland competitions, and at the All-Ireland Pipe Band Championships. I am available to perform at functions such as weddings, parties, funerals, and other events. My repertoire includes both Irish and Scottish tunes.
